Required Software

UNIS Hanoi is a G Suite school, students will use web applications such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar. All BYOD laptops must have an up to date version of Google Chrome installed. The following applications should be installed to avoid doing so during class time:

UNIS Hanoi provides a software installation “app store” for students which includes all course specific applications. Students will receive instructions on how to set up the app store after enrollment.

We also recommend considering a location tracking app such as prey project if you want to be able to find a laptop that has been lost.

Enrolling your Laptop at School

All laptops go through an enrollment procedure for security reasons and to get set up with the school provided antivirus and app store software. Students can enroll their laptop using this enrollment link. Once enrolled, an email will be sent with instructions.
