Recycle your Electronics safely at School!

The Technology Office is pleased to announce a partnership with Vietnam Recycles:

A "free take-back programme initiated by producers of electrical and electronic equipment for used or defective electronic products to ensure their safe and environmentally sound recycling. All used or defective electronic products returned through the programme are safely collected and professionally processed to achieve maximum recovery of natural resources and ensure highly professional waste treatment.As a result, disposing your used or defective electronic products through Vietnam Recycles helps protect human health and the environment and conserves natural resources."

You can now safely dispose of your old electronics and even batteries. The recycling bin is located behind the Sports Centre next to Gate 4 (service gate). The accepted products will include following categories:

  • Computers, CPU
  • CRT/LCD Monitors
  • Printers, fax machines, scanners
  • Mobile Phones, Tablets
  • Photocopiers
  • Servers
  • Televisions – LCD/CRT
  • DVD, VD, CD players and other type of disk players
  • Cameras and camcorders
  • Electronic batteries
  • Others e.g. IT-related accessories

Please note: Household appliances are not accepted (Microwaves, hair dryers etc.)
