Keeping Us Up To Date... And Your Children Safe!
Posted 10/09/2018 03:32PM

As we start the new year we want to be certain that we have all your family's correct information and everything we need to ensure your child/ren's safety.

If you have not already done it, please be sure to go into the Veracross Parent Portal and click through to Update Family Profile.

Please take few minutes to review and update the following key information:

If you need support to access the Veracross Parent Portal please contact for help.

A. Update Household Profile

1. Family Information : You must provide us with correct email and telephone numbers. Please note that all the 11-digit-mobile-numbers in Vietnam will be converted to 10-digit-mobile-numbers on September 15, 2018 and you must check your number is correct and update it if necessary. We cannot contact you in a medical emergency if we do not have your correct contact information. Please see the information below to help guide you.

The first 4 number of a 11–digit-mobile-number-phone will be changed as following while the next 7 digits will remain the same. (e.g: If you use Vinaphone and your current number is 01231111111, on September 15, it will be converted to 0831111111).

Here are the list of the first 4 numbers which will be affected by service providers:

According to Ministry of Information and Communications, this process is planned as below:

2. Household Contacts  (Emergency Contacts): Include two emergency adult contacts who reside in Hanoi and can be reached by the school if parents cannot be reached. Please check that you have completed or updated this information for this school year. Maybe your emergency contact was a friend who left last year? Or is someone with a number that will also change?

3. Directory Preferences: The Household Directory is our internal parent contact list. Parents select what contact information you would like to share in the directory. NOTE: Due to new security upgrades in Veracross and in order to make this community directory an effective tool, the school will publish parents email addresses in the Household Directory starting September 15.

B. Medical Profile

You must review and update your child/ren's medical profile. Medical records are required to be updated every three years. This is where you will record:

  • Allergies or conditions
  • Current, Allowed and Prohibited medications

Please read carefully the list of School approved medications and inform us of any exceptions for your child/ren. The School Health Centre will follow up with you if necessary when you submit your information.
