Metasprint Series' Triathlon is the biggest multi-sport event in Singapore that is designed to offer an exciting challenge convert recreational swimmers, cyclists and runners to triathletes. Adrienne shared, "I didn't believe I could learn to be a fit person. It took many, many hours, days, and months of work - mental, psychological work - to begin the healing I needed... I had to teach myself that I was worth it and, that it was possible. It was not an easy journey. And even today, after having done this, I feel like I've barely begun... But I at least feel like I'm "good enough" for me, and that I CAN learn to be better, and that's really all that matters. Self-work is the hardest work, but it's also the most important work."
