Get Involved
Alumni Volunteers Needed! Class Representatives help keep their classmates connected to the school and to each other. They work with the Advancement Office to establish a Facebook group for their class, gather information on their classmates for the Notes from UNIS Hanoi Alumni around the Globe! section of Alumni e-News, help organize alumni gatherings and motivate alumni to support UNIS Hanoi. If you would like to be a Class Representative for your graduating class, please contact us at alumni@unishanoi.org.

Class Notes
Louisa DeWet (Class of 2010) has moved to Uganda for a six month internship. She is working on curriculum development for local Uganda schools in a town called Jinja by Lake Victoria. For Louisa, it's going to be challenging and very different. Good luck and keep up the good work, Ninja in Jinja!
Clare (Alumni Faculty) and Bent Michelsen are back in Africa with Nikki Michelsen (Class of 2010), who is taking a year off before doing her Masters after finishing in Sussex with a First Class Honours Degree in International Relations and Development. Kay Michelsen (Class of 2013) completed IB with a score of 40. Thank you for your updates!
Dave Purnell (Class of 2001) married  Amylee Cadman and the couple came back to visit Vietnam last December.
Cheon Sub Sim (Class of 2000) married Sun-Hwa Chung in Seoul, where they now live but were back to Vietnam for honetmoon.
Andrea Law (Alumni Faculty) is enjoying life in the UK. Her eldest son has started Kindergarten this year.
Bronwyn Finnimore (Alumni Faculty) went to Cambodia on a HOPE International service trip with Year 11 Yokohama International School to build schools and wells for Pursat children.
Colleen Breheney (Alumni Faculty) has just been on an amazing trip to Patagonia and made it successfully to the Towers of the Torres del Paine and base of Mt Fitzroy to see the Fitzroy glacier, Torres del Paine and Perito Merino glaciers after a long walk with stunning scenery all the way.
