Community Programmes 2023-2024

The Community Programmes continue to offers a wide-range of classes, workshops and activity options designed for both adults and students of all ages.

We are excited to inform that the Community Programmes Spring Session 2024 will be open to the entire Hanoi community. Registration takes place from 09:00, 1 March until 17:00, 5 March on the Veracross Portal.

Important Note about Payments

Payment for Community Programmes is required online during the registration process. It's possible to pay the registration fees using PayPal/Debit/Credit Cards. Pay as you sign-up. 

1. The PayPal Gateway allows for payment via PayPal or valid credit/debit card.

2. Make sure billing address entered matches the address of the credit/debit card.

3. Any issues with the PayPay payment gateway should be be dealt directly with PayPal at: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us

In all cases, payment deadlines must be respected to ensure your slot. Final confirmation of your activity slot will come only after the payment has been made and received by UNIS Hanoi.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any participant engaging in an activity within the Community Programme will be eligible for a 50% refund if their cancellation is confirmed 48 hours after the original confirmation email has been sent or received; Any participant that may fall ill/sick must provide proof of illness from a clinic or doctor to receive the refund. In addition, participants will receive two emails (one to confirm from the Community Programmes and a second email to give final details closer to the date). The 50% refund will only be granted/allowed if the participant cancels within 48 hours of the initial email confirmation.
