Join us on Sunday 23 February, 2025, for a vibrant celebration that promises something for everyone. With up to 5,000 attendees, this is the biggest event of the school year!
Immerse yourself in a world of entertaining stage shows, mouth watering cuisines from around the globe, and a variety of local vendors. There will be games, fun surprises, and activities for all ages - perfect for families and friends!
This year, we’re embracing the theme “Cultural Mosaic,” celebrating our school’s unique diversity. We aim to weave this theme throughout the event, showcasing the richness of our community.

Kindly note that the UNIS Hanoi Spring Fair is a private event, organised by the SCO, for the UNIS Hanoi community. The event is open only to UNIS friends & families.

Host a cultural booth. Showcase your nationality, culture or language for the UNIS Hanoi community. Anyone can partner with a local restaurant, host a group of home cooks, or plan a cultural activity.

The Spring Fair team is accepting applications from local vendors who wish to sell their items at this year’s fair. We always get a large number of interested participants.

Small Business Guidelines 2025
The SCO is accepting sponsors of in-kind, monetary, and service donations. In return, your brand will be advertised to attendees and gain exposure with the UNIS Hanoi Community.

Join us on the main stage! SCO is looking for students, parents, and faculty with unique talents or vibrant performances for the Spring Fair stage. Sign up by no later than 12 January, 2025.

Why do we Fundraise?
Spring fair is a volunteer run event. Fundraising from the fair is used to support community activities, major community building events, and cultural and parent support groups. Importantly, SCO will contribute funds from the fair to the UNIS Impact fund. The impact fund relies on donations from parents, donors, and SCO to fund community/student led projects (multi-lingual translation. solar panels, etc) and student scholarships.
