Gaia Community Calendar

The SDG Experience will be hosted in the new covered courts in the Sports Centre alongside the Gaia installation. Families will be invited to explore the SDG “islands” representing each of the 17 SDGs. We recommend allowing at least 30-40 minutes to walk through and interact with the displays. The SDG Experience will naturally lead to the court that hosts the Gaia art installation. Volunteers and students will be on hand to guide families through the experience.

All Gaia-related events (those advertised above on this page) will be held in the Gaia Hall (the newly renovated covered courts).

All families are welcome to the Secondary Music Performance. To ensure an enjoyable experience, registration will close once maximum capacity is reached. We encourage you to sign up early to secure your place.

Yes. Advance booking is required for all Gaia events, as we anticipate high demand from our UNIS Hanoi families. Each event listed above includes a direct link to its registration form. Once maximum capacity is reached, registration will close automatically. We encourage families to book early to avoid disappointment.

• Tours are one-hour experiences through the SDG installations and the Gaia art piece. These are scheduled at set times and require advance booking, with limited capacity per group.

• Events are special community gatherings held under Gaia such as the Sing-Along, Family Movie Night, or the Secondary Music Performance: Earth Dance evening. These create shared moments for families to enjoy together and require advance registration.

• Tours: These are one-hour visits. Each guided tour is designed to include around 30-40 minutes exploring the SDG Experience and a further 20–30 minutes to enjoy the awe-inspiring Gaia art installation.
• Events: Durations of each event is on the event poster and registration form. Please take note of these, when planning your evening.

All Secondary students are invited, and our venue capacity is maximised to ensure every invited student has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. This specific event is set up as a social opportunity just for them, allowing us to accommodate the entire Secondary division.

We understand this is different from the Elementary School (ES) event movie night setup. The ES Family Movie Night is structured differently to accommodate fewer students and is specifically designed as a family-inclusive event.
