Any participant engaging in an activity within the Community Programme will be eligible for a 50% refund if their cancellation is confirmed 72 hours after the original confirmation email has been sent. (In general, participants receive two emails: one to confirm from the Community Programmes and a second email to give final details closer to the date from the class teacher).
A refund will be issued in cases of sickness, injury, or other medical reasons upon submission of supporting documentation from a doctor or physician. This will be a full refund if requested before the session's midpoint or a half refund if requested after the midpoint.
If a participant transfers to a class with a higher fee, the participant must pay the difference. No refund will be issued if the participant transfers to a class with a lower fee.
Make-up lessons will be provided if the teacher is unable to teach a lesson.
No financial credit or make-up lessons will be provided if a student is unable to attend a lesson.
No refunds will be issued for late registration.
No refund will be provided for cancellations of any activity due to uncontrollable weather conditions (such as high AQI, Heat Index, or Lightning) or in the event of a force majeure situation.
Canceled or postponed classes and workshops will be rescheduled whenever possible, contingent upon the availability of facilities and teachers/coaches.
Cases may be reviewed for individuals or families in specific circumstances if the programme operating is not impacted by the overall withdrawal from the activity so the participant threshold is maintained.
Participants with outstanding payment will not be eligible to register for the next sessions.
Parents registering for their children are required to register them in the right age group. Failure to do so, cancellation and refund policy may be applied.
