Community Programmes
The community programme is open to the entire Hanoi community. Made up of classes and workshops, the programmes provide a multitude of great opportunities for everyone. Run by our Co-Curricular Activities Office, the classes and workshops aim to provide opportunities for learning and enrichment as well as to encourage and promote a deeper understanding of our host country and of other cultures.
UNIS Hanoi Community Programmes continue to grow each year, expanding deeper into our community. Now, more than 1,500 children and adults participate in over 100 different classes, including dance, arts & crafts and cultural excursions.

The Community Programmes Autumn Session 2024 is open to the entire Hanoi community.

Autumn Session (10 weeks)
September 9 – November 24, 2024
Registration: August 23, 2024 at 12.00 - August 27, 2024 at 17:00
Winter Session (10 weeks)
December 2, 2024 - March 9, 2025
Registration: November 15, 2024 at 12.00 - November 19, 2024 at 17:00
Spring Session (9 weeks)
March 17 - June 1, 2025
Registration: February 28, 2025 at 12.00 - March 4, 2025 at 17:00.
Please note: Our classes and workshops do not run during UNIS Hanoi holidays, events and breaks:
- Vietnamese National Day: 2-3 September 2024
- Autumn Break: 7-13 October 2024
- Winter Holiday: 16 December 2024 - 5 January 2025
- Tet Holiday: January 27 - 2 February 2025
- Spring Break: 24 - 30 March 2025
- Hung King Day: 7 April 2025
- Vietnamese Reunification Day and Labour Day: 30 April - 1 May 2025
