I work at the intersection of equity, creativity, and community. In my role as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist, and through my practice as an artist, I create spaces where underrepresented voices are heard, valued, and celebrated.
At the heart of all my work is the belief that peace and justice begin with belonging. Strong institutions are built when inequities are challenged and inclusion is nurtured. For me, this means creating opportunities for dialogue and representation in places where voices are too often overlooked. Whether I am designing accessibility plans for workplaces, leading workshops that open up difficult but necessary conversations, or collaborating with creatives on projects that reflect diverse experiences, my goal is the same: to shift perspectives and empower people to imagine fairer and more compassionate systems.
This commitment directly advances SDG 16 by breaking down barriers, amplifying marginalised voices, and contributing to communities where justice and inclusion are not abstract ideals but everyday practices.
