Alumni Notes

We were thrilled to welcome back some familiar faces this summer and autumn. UNIS Hanoi alumni from various graduating classes returned to campus, reminiscing about their time at school and reconnecting with the community. It was wonderful to hear about their journeys and achievements since leaving UNIS Hanoi.

CHECK OUT the photos and see who dropped by. We're always excited to welcome alumni back to where it all began.

This past summer, Phuong Bui (Class of 2024) and Khanh Nguyen (Class of 2025) showcased their artistic talents at an exhibition hosted by the Young Artist Network. Along with six other young artists, Phuong and Khanh used their creativity for a greater cause, raising funds for the San Nha Nhieu Cho project.

The exhibition culminated in a successful auction, where the group raised a remarkable 40 million VND to support the charity's efforts. We are incredibly proud of Phuong and Khanh for their dedication to both the arts and community service.

UNIS Hanoi alumna Linh Ngo (Class of 2022, UNIS Hanoi Scholar) shares how her time at UNIS shaped her into a confident, globally-minded individual. Now studying at Washington and Lee University, Linh reflects on her path of self-discovery and bold plans for the future.

Two decades ago, Kim-Leigh Groepes (formerly Kim-Leigh Endley) and Maxime Zech became good friends at UNIS Hanoi. After graduating together in May 2007, life took them from Hanoi to the Netherlands, and now, 17 years later, they've reunited in South Africa.
