STEP 1: SUBMIT THE ONLINE APPLICATION
a. Complete the online application to introduce your family to admissions.
b. Submit ALL of the checklist documents requested on the Admission Portal (within one month).
c. Pay the non-refundable application fee to move the application over for review.
STEP 2: APPLICATION REVIEW BY THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE
a. Assessments are scheduled (if necessary).
b. Play experience or play video requested (for Lower Elementary School applicants).
c. Results of the assessments and completed application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee to determine admissibility.
STEP 3: ADMISSIONS DECISION COMMUNICATED TO THE FAMILY
a. If deemed admissible and space is available, enrolment will be offered and applicant begins the enrolment process.
b. If deemed admissible and space is not available, the child is placed in a wait pool based on the Priority Lanes.
c. If deemed inadmissible, the family will be informed of the reason for this decision and the application will be closed.
UNIS Hanoi is a not-for-profit, non-selective and inclusive school that welcomes applications for placement throughout the academic year.
It is not possible for us to guarantee placement in advance for each child who applies until the full application is submitted and reviewed and a decision is made.
Availability of places is based on the number of seats available in a grade level, student withdrawals and capacities of our English as an Additional Language and Learning Support programmes.
Admissions begins to offer placement in March following Priority Lanes once completed applications have been reviewed by the Admissions Review Team.
It is highly recommended to complete your application by mid-February.
