UNIS Hanoi 2030+ is not simply about adding more programmes, initiatives or opportunities. It is about connecting what we already do exceptionally well, making deliberate choices about where we grow, and ensuring that our mission can be seen and felt in the everyday experience of every student.

Learning Without Limits Every learner experiences learning that challenges, inspires, and prepares them for an evolving world.
Learning Without Limits focuses on excellence, personalisation and future readiness — creating consistently high-quality learning while strengthening student agency, choice and opportunities to apply learning in meaningful contexts.
Our guiding questions: Is learning consistent and high-quality? Do students have agency and choice?
A Community of Care Learning flourishes when people feel safe, known, valued and that they belong. Our community of care strengthens wellbeing, belonging and safety for all, bringing greater coherence to safeguarding and wellbeing while building an increasingly inclusive and connected community.
Our guiding questions: Do people feel safe, seen and supported? Is there a strong sense of belonging?
Designing the Future Preparing young people for the future also requires us to continually imagine and shape the future of our school. Designing the Future focuses on innovation, partnerships and global impact, ensuring our resources, learning environments and partnerships support our long-term ambitions and strengthen our ability to make a positive, sustainable difference.
Our guiding questions: Are we future-ready and innovative? Are we creating meaningful global impact?
Together, our four Strategic Directions ask one overarching question: Are we aligned, coherent and creating meaningful impact for every learner?
