UNIS Hanoi Places 2nd at APAC Golf Invitational!

We are thrilled to share the fantastic news that UNIS Hanoi’s Golf Team secured 2nd place at the recent APAC Golf Invitational, held at the stunning BRG Legend Hill course. This outstanding result is a testament to the incredible team spirit, determination, and sportsmanship shown by all our players throughout the three-day event.

The Invitational was designed around APAC’s core goals — encouraging camaraderie, intercultural understanding, and participation to the best of one’s ability. With a team-focused structure using the Stableford scoring system, the tournament rewarded strategic play, resilience, and collaboration. Our UNIS golfers truly embraced this spirit, combining outstanding individual performances with remarkable team efforts to climb the leaderboard against a strong international field.

Highlights included several personal best rounds, critical birdies under pressure, and a fantastic display of teamwork in the Greensomes and Best Ball formats. It was particularly rewarding to see players of all experience levels contribute meaningfully to the team’s overall success — exactly what the Invitational aimed to promote.

Beyond the competition, our students also made lasting friendships across schools, further exemplifying APAC’s vision of building community through sport.
