UNIS Hanoi Mathletes Take on Mathcounts Challenge!

On 14 and 15 February, nine UNIS Hanoi Middle School students participated in the Mathcounts mathematics competition at Saigon South International School in Ho Chi Minh City. 

On Friday, the mathletes worked hard and with focus in the Sprint and Target individual rounds. Saturday began with an exciting Team round where the UNIS Hanoi mathletes had their collaboration skills put to the test. That was followed by the Countdown round to determine the individual winners.

Special congratulations to Duc in Grade 8 for placing in the top 12 of the individual category. This was truly an impressive feat. 

Throughout the competition, UNIS Hanoi students demonstrated perseverance, critical thinking, and community. Congratulations to our student mathletes! We’re proud of you!
