The Backbone of UNISMUN: Ms. Giang!

As we prepare for the upcoming March 2025 UNISMUN Conference (Save the Date: 6-8 March 2025 with the theme “What role can integrity play in the balance between development and security prioritisation?”), we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Giang, our dedicated MUN coordinator in Mr. John Zahara’s Activities Office. Her tireless efforts in organising and being the backbone of the event have been invaluable, from gathering invitations and compiling lists of attending schools to managing Google Forms and emails. Ms. Giang also does visas for all activities office trips––sports, theatre, dance, and UNISMUN. Ms. Giang ensures that all logistical aspects are covered, including securing meeting rooms for our discussions. Her commitment and attention to detail not only streamline the planning process but also create an enriching experience for all participants. Our UNISMUN Leadership team regularly visits Mr. John Zahara’s office to discuss the necessary steps for UNISMUN to be successful with Ms. Giang.

Our Head of the Department of Admins, Wonhee Jung, regards Ms. Giang as “She works with operations and our Secretary Generals Sean Jang and Khue Nguyen with logistics and schedules. She contacts the other schools and gathers the final registration list. She works with the catering team as well.
