“Thank You for the Music”—And the Impact!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, on Saturday, 17 May 2025, more than 80 million VND was raised to support UNIS Hanoi’s student-led Service Learning projects. These funds will help students turn ideas into action—tackling real-world challenges through initiatives focused on health, education, sustainability, and community development.

Under the direction of conductor Dong Quang Vinh, the Hanoi Voices Choir delivered two moving performances, showcasing their remarkable talent across a diverse programme—from classical works to pop favourites. Their gift of music became a gift of opportunity for students determined to make a difference. The UNIS Hanoi community was treated to an unforgettable afternoon of music and meaning, as the Hanoi Voices Choir took the stage in a special fundraising concert. The event closed with a stirring performance of “Thank You for the Music”—a fitting finale that captured the spirit of gratitude felt by all.

This event was a true community effort, made possible by the passion and commitment of UNIS Hanoi Service Learning students and Hanoi Voices Choir. Together, they demonstrated the power of partnership and purpose.

UNIS Hanoi extends its heartfelt thanks to the Hanoi Voices Choir and all who gave their time, talent, and support. As the final lyrics echoed through the theatre, they served as a message to all who contributed:

“Thank you for the music… for giving it to me.”
