On Monday 21 November, teachers and staff were enjoying a little treat on Teacher Appreciation Day. On behalf of the parent community, the SCO organised a Vietnamese style breakfast for them to enjoy. We arrange a seating area for Teachers Only Zone, with flowers and cards handcrafted by parents and students. They had a choice of beef or chicken pho, vegetarian and non-vegetarian bánh mì and bánh cuốn. They also can order a free coffee or tea from the Canteen during breakfast time. It was well received and we had a positive response from teachers.

After school, a few teachers joined a meditation class by Suzanne Ong – one of the UNIS Hanoi parents and an internationally Certified Trainer of NLP, Timeline Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy who offered classes for teachers as part of our appreciation day. 

In the weekend, a few other parents had offered cooking classes at their houses. The cooking classes included Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Indian, Indonesian, and Burmese. A sincere thank you to our parents!
