Strategic Planning for the Future of UNIS Hanoi

On Tuesday, 25 February 2025, the Board of Directors gathered for a significant strategic planning session at the Green One UN House in Hanoi.

Bringing together the Board of Directors, Leadership Team, and members of the Strategic Planning Task Force, the session focused on refining the school’s long-term goals and priorities. These priorities were shaped by valuable insights from the UNIS Hanoi community, collected through surveys, focus groups with students, parents, faculty, and staff, and the Board-hosted Thought Leadership Dinner & Dialogue.

With guidance from a representative of Triangle Associates (i.e., a global consulting firm specializing in the field of education), participants engaged in interactive discussions on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.  The day provided an opportunity to assess strengths, address challenges, explore opportunities, and define key focus areas that will drive UNIS Hanoi forward.  This session was a critical step in shaping the school’s strategic plan, which is currently in development and will be shared with the UNIS Hanoi community later this school year.

The Green One UN House, a symbol of collaboration and sustainability, served as an inspiring setting for these discussions, reinforcing UNIS Hanoi’s commitment to empowering students to create a positive, sustainable impact as global citizens.
