MRISA & APAC Update

MRISA BASKETBALL

Our campus has been electric over the past few days as we host the first-ever Super MRISA Middle School Basketball Tournament here at UNIS Hanoi. After round-robin play, our boys finished in 2nd place and our girls secured 1st place. We wish them the very best as they head into the crossover brackets on Friday and Saturday. Please come by UNIS to catch the basketball action all day on Saturday. The full game schedule is available on the MRISA Website.

SENIOR MRISA VOLLEYBALL

Our Senior MRISA volleyball teams are currently competing at Saigon South International School.

We wish all players and coaches the best as they enter their final day of play. You can follow the matches on the MRISA Website.

APAC

We would like to thank all of our directors and chaperones as they embark on their showcase performances in the APAC Arts on Saturday evening. You can follow the APAC Orchestra @ Brent International School in the Philippines (APAC Orchestra). The show case will be 17:00 Manila time on Saturday 15 November.

Our dancers are taking part in the APAC Dance @ Seoul Foreign School in South Korea (APAC Dance Livestreamand APAC Dance Schedule. The final showcase will be Saturday at 17:00 local time (Seoul).

Our choir students are currently participating in the APAC Choir event at SAS and Concordia, beginning with a vibrant opening ceremony alongside choirs from across Asia and the Pacific. They spent the day in focused rehearsals—both in full ensemble and in sectionals—followed by solo auditions where Viet Duong proudly earned one of the solos. After a well-deserved lunch break, students continued rehearsing before enjoying a scenic boat cruise on the Bund, a true highlight of their time in Shanghai.

Their dedication, teamwork, and enthusiasm have been outstanding. You can watch the final concert via SAS TV at 15:30 on Saturday, 15 November (China time). APAC Choir 2025.
