Korean University and Alumni Reunion

At the end of April, Ms Aisling O’Brien, our Director of Advancement and Dr Jeff Leppard, Secondary School Principal travelled to Seoul to host a UNIS Hanoi alumni reunion and to visit some of the universities to which our students apply. 

They were very pleased to be welcomed at SKKU, Seoul National, Ewha,  and Yonesi universities. They had productive conversations with representatives at these fine universities, and they were most pleased to see that they know UNIS Hanoi, our reputation, and our counselling team. University representatives welcome applications from our students. This speaks to the hard work of our counselling team.

The alumni reception had about 80 people from the Graduation years 2000-2024. Meeting alumni for the first time as well as seeing students who recently graduated was a great pleasure. I was pleased to speak to alumni at top universities in Seoul now who say that they find it “easy” compared to the challenges of UNIS Hanoi and the DP.
