As part of their inquiry into what living things need to thrive, Kindergarten students met with Mr Gubbels to learn about how the UNIS Hanoi FarmBot helps to meet the needs of plants such as carrots, strawberries, and bok choy. Students engaged in a hands-on demonstration and learned how the FarmBot anticipates the needs of the crops through in-built sensors. These sensors are constantly monitoring conditions such as temperature and light to maintain the best conditions for these plants to thrive.
