Hundreds of Educators Sign up for Vietnam Tech Conference

More than 350 educators from around the world will be participating in the Vietnam Tech Conference this weekend, absolutely free of charge!

Now in its ninth year, the Vietnam Tech Conference is an annual event that aims to showcase the infinite possibilities technology provides to enhance teaching and learning. Organized by Saigon South International School and the United Nations International School of Hanoi, this year’s conference comprises 38 workshops under the theme, Shaping the Future. Four workshops will be delivered by faculty and staff from UNIS Hanoi. Participants will learn how 3D printing can be used in the classroom, how  to use gamification to capture the attention of students and parenting with technology.

UNIS Hanoi’s Director of Technology, Adam Archer said he’s delighted by the interest. He added, “We have educators joining us from all over Asia, Australasia, the Middle East and the Americas to learn the latest in innovation. I’d encourage teachers and school staff who haven’t yet joined to do so! It promises to be another wonderful weekend of practical learning.”

David Perkin, Technology Director at South Saigon International School said there’s an excellent range of diverse workshops that promises to be beneficial to student learning.
