The HS Volleyball teams finished their season in style with a fun Co-Ed tournament last weekend. The pink “Platypi” finished undefeated on the day and came out victorious in a 3-set thriller against the Blockers in the final match. The winning team was captained by Audrey H. (G11) & Perry B. (G9) and featured Avery K. (G11), Christina P. (G10), Didi B. (G11), Duy Anh D. (G9), Mitch Z. (G12), Jiyeon K. (G9), and Rory H. (G10).

 

Every one of our 54 student-athletes rose to the occasion taking on different positions and leadership roles within each team. Specifically we’d like to recognize our G12 athletes who’ve played their last volleyball match in a Phoenix uniform – Caitlyn F., Josefine S., Bella R., and Mitch Z. Thank you for your commitment and dedication.

 

 

 

 

And finally, a special THANKS goes out to our AMAZING coaching staff; Mr. Richards, Ms. Thompson-Wambua, Ms. Nikki (Varsity), Mr. Darren, and Ms. Keri (Junior Varsity).
