UNIS Hanoi is excited to host the Hanoi Student Leadership Conference at UNIS Hanoi on 11-12 February 2023. This is an incredible opportunity for students in Grades 6-12 from schools across Hanoi coming together to build leadership skills, connect with each other, and develop a strong network for taking action in our community. 

The conference’s focus will be Diversity in Leadership. With this theme, the student organising team have designed 10 sessions focusing on different aspects of leadership based on the “Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership”. Each of these practices links to different skills, tools, personal strengths, habits of the mind, and attributes. They all link together to help build more sustainable and connected approaches to leadership for deeper impact and meaningful change within the community.

This conference is student facilitated, hands-on, and experiential. Be prepared to move, discuss, practice tools, and work a bit outside of your comfort zone. The conference is free to attend, but spaces are limited.
