Book Week 2026: Pages of Possibilities

The Elementary Library Leaders planned a fun-filled Book Week around the theme Pages of Possibilities. They organized daily themes that encouraged students to explore mysteries, love languages, illustrations, and fantasy in their reading. Character Dress-Up Day was a great success, with a slew of Harry Potters, Dog Men, Dorothys, Piggies, Spy School characters, princesses, superheroes, and more walking through the school.

Aden helped serve book-themed lunches throughout the week, and several library leaders filmed read-alouds that were shown outside the canteen and in classrooms. Classes also began writing the Traveling Tale, which will be shared once completed. Students drew their favorite book characters, now displayed in the library for everyone to guess — if you’d still like to submit a drawing, please bring it to school on Monday. In the ECC and B9 courtyard, students added their favorite books and authors to banners.
Special thanks go to the library leaders Seung Won, Seyun, Jisoo, Fitz, Yosuke, Becca, Chloe, Doby, Ju Hyeong, Lael, Aya, Chaeyoon, April, Mei, Jodi, Shun, Mao, Laura, Julie, Phong, Hanae, Eden, Eunjae and Yukiho who helped make Book Week a success, as well as to technology leader Lincoln for filming and editing the lunch videos. Happy reading!
