AMIS Honor Bands

We are proud of the four students who participated in this year’s AMIS Honor Bands. Hyorin (G08 – Flute), Viet (G10 – Percussion), Sean (G11 – Clarinet), and Yuriko (G11 – Clarinet) passed a competitive audition process to earn places in the bands. From April 3-5, they joined the most dedicated band students from 30 other AMIS schools across Asia to rehearse and perform high quality repertoire under the direction of Guest Conductors Mr Ross Jones (MS) and Dr. Emily Threinen (HS). UNIS students were well-prepared for the festival and learned a great deal from the experience. They were also excellent ambassadors of UNIS Hanoi.
