A Successful Career Fair: Empowering Our Students
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the amazing support we received from our community for our recent Grade 9 & Grade 10 Career Fair, which was enriched by a diverse group of professionals offering invaluable insights. Highlights include expertise in economic development and governance, wealth management, and strategic financial planning within the business sector. In engineering and technology, insights were shared on electrical engineering, the metals industry, and careers in computer engineering and finance.
The health science field was represented with guidance on neuroscience, psychiatry, speech therapy, and public health nutrition, emphasising the importance of these areas. Arts, communications, and information systems professionals highlighted translation, global health communications, film, fashion and graphic design, as well as the role of information technology in intelligence.
In agriculture and natural resources, discussions centered on environmental management, climate change, and sustainable community development. The human services sector offered perspectives on humanitarian aid, international education, and leadership, underscoring the significance of these fields.
