Communications Assistant
We are now accepting applications for the full-time position of Communications Assistant.
UNIS has experienced steady year-on-year growth in our student population, which currently stands at 890 students from 58 different countries. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Communications Assistant will be expected to contribute positively to the development and continuous improvement of the Communications Office. The successful applicant will have the following experience and qualities:
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Language or related field
- At least 3 years experience working in similar position preferably in a multinational
environment
- Exceptional customer-service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, high degree of office management skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines
- Outstanding communication ability, in English and Vietnamese in a multi- & cross-cultural environment
- Bookkeeping skills
- Design and layout skills preferred; desktop publishing
- Strong computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office and database programs
