Personal Assistant to the Head of School
We are now accepting applications for the full-time position of Personal Assistant to the Head of School.
UNIS has experienced steady year-on-year growth in our student population, which currently stands at 850 students from 50 different countries. Reporting to the Head of School, the Personal Assistant will provide full secretarial support to the Head of School and the Board of Directors.
The successful applicant will have the following experience and qualities:
- University degree in Communications, Language, Social Sciences or related field
- At least three years experience as a Personal Assistant in an embassy, international organisation or multinational company
- Planning and scheduling expertise
- Exemplary organizational skills, high degree of office management skills
- Outstanding communication ability, in English and Vietnamese in a multi- & cross-cultural environment
- Strong computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office and database programs
- Experience in managing heavy workflow within an executive office and coordinating multiple tasks on a simultaneous basis
- A mature, diplomatic and professional personality
