High School Guidance Secretary
We are now accepting applications for the full-time position of High School Guidance Secretary.
UNIS has experienced steady year-on-year growth in our student population, which currently stands at 900 students from 50 different countries. Reporting to the High School Counsellor and the Diploma Programme Coordinator, the High School Guidance Secretary will provide full administrative support to the Counselling and Diploma Programme Coordinator Offices.
The successful applicant will have the following experience and qualities:
- Planning and scheduling expertise – Ability to establish priorities and to prioritize multiple tasks; careful attention to detail when filing documents
- Teamwork – Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate dealing with a diverse group of counterparts (parents, students, teachers); ability to work in a team
- Outstanding communication ability, in English and Vietnamese in a multi- & cross-cultural environment
- Strong computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office and database programs; attention to detail and accuracy
- University degree in Business, English or related field
- Several years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role in a multinational environment
