Grade 6 French Pancakes Sale

Recently Mr. Goegebeur’s Yr 6 French class tried out a French pancake recipe and organized a Pancake Extravaganza, the Most Spectacular Pancake Sale Ever Witnessed In UNIS History! In the course of 30 minutes no less than 133 pancakes dripping with a variety of mouth-watering toppings were sold and devoured on campus. This resulted in VND 1,330,000 raised (about US$83), the minimum amount required to adopt an endangered gibbon monkey at the Cuc Phuong Primate Reserve Centre for one year!

Well done to all Yr 6 French kids and to the parents who supported this initiative! Hopefully this will be the start of a yearly tradition in the Yr 6 French class for years to come!
