Houses, Houses Everywhere Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, 31 January 2007
To finish our Unit of Inquiry ‘Houses, Houses Everywhere’ Grade 1 visited the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and saw many different types of houses found in Vietnam. There were also tombs and meeting houses. Houses were made of many different types of material and some had very interesting decorations.
Grade 1 has also been working with their grade 5 book buddies and they built a very complicated dome house from newspaper. This was a lot of fun working as a team. Everyone was very proud of finishing the dome.
