Grade 5 students are completing a sculpture unit in
Art. They had to make a famous world monument using various innovative
modelling materials. 5B had the challenging task of building their sculpture
from toast! They worked in small groups to follow a process of toasting
bread, sealing with white glue, sculpting the hardened toast with a knife
and them assembling each piece in the form of their chosen monument.
