Community Programmes Frequently Asked Questions
UNIS Hanoi Community Programmes have 3 sessions each school year:
- Session 1, Autumn Session, (September – November)
- Session 2, Winter Session, (November - March)
- Session 3, Spring Session, (March – May).
Each Community Programme class, workshop has a fee. This fee is only to cover the cost of the each course and is not a source of revenue for the school.
Register to the Community Programme mailing list by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
We will send the registration notification 1 - 2 weeks prior to the start of each session. Two following links will then be provided:
- to view the Community Programme courses offered
- to register for the courses that you are interested in. (Please note that this link will be activated only on the registration date/time).
After your registration is completed online, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 5 working days. The programme follows first come first served basis. When a class is full, later bookings will be put on a wait list in case of cancelation from others.
We are unable to accept registration via email, phone or in person. All registrations are to be completed online at www.unishanoi.org/communityprogrammes .
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email from the UNIS Hanoi Business Office. Payments can be made directly at the Business Office and at any ANZ Bank in cash, or via bank transfer. (Details will be included in the invoice regarding bank transfer).
The UNIS Hanoi Business Office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday (cash payment in VND or USD only).
NO. We accept online registration only and are unable to accept registration via email, phone or in person. All registrations are to be completed online at www.unishanoi.org/communityprogrammes .
Please register with email@example.com to be included in Community Programmes mailing list, and you will be informed when new programmes are announced.
We no longer publish hard copy booklets. All information about Community Programmes classes and workshops will be published on our website at www.unishanoi.org/communityprogrammes
For those, who are UNIS Hanoi families, we also advertise the programme on the UNIS Hanoi Tin Tuc Online.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be given on a case by case basis. Submitting an early cancellation may increase your chances of getting a refund.
Please note: those with outstanding Community Programmes invoices will not be able to sign up for a new class until all invoices are settled.
